Uncommon Dinkytown

Uncommon is a boutique student housing development located in the heart of the Dinkytown neighborhood at the University of Minnesota campus. The building features studio, one and two bedroom apartments and a wide variety of amenities for residents. The straightforward exterior is broken up by simple massing moves and color variations, giving the building a restrained street presence. The compact courtyard is activated with amenities that flow into the rest of the building, providing an energy that is sustained by the residents.
