The new, sixty-one unit Miller fills in missing urban fabric and revives an outdated site with a well crafted, three-story residential building. The simple building volumes are clad in warm masonry and punctuated by vertically oriented windows. Height was a key consideration to the community, so a small fourth floor was allowed only because it is hardly visible to persons near the site. The roof of the third floor hosts a large green roof — a creative stormwater solution for a project that is built to the lot lines.
