The Hallon

A modern community that values leisure and comfort with the ease of urban connection was established with The Hallon. The first of three-phases, The Hallon is part of a multi-modal transit-oriented redevelopment adjacent to the Blake Road Southwest LRT Station at the intersection of Excelsior Boulevard and Blake Road South. The 7.4-acre project aims to serve as a welcoming gateway and anchor for the new transit station while advancing long-standing City planning goals. The interior design nods to the historical charm of the area including notes of raspberry which represent the “Hopkins Raspberry Festival” and crop circles which pay homage to the former agricultural emphasis. A standout feature in this design is hidden behind a bookcase through a secret passage, a social space akin to that of a speakeasy.
