The Collaborative at Capella Tower

ESG worked with Shorenstein Realty to transform a former tenant space on the skyway level at Capella Tower into a new amenity center for the building. The design offers a variety of spaces to meet different tenant needs, including hospitality, meeting, and entertainment spaces. The multifunctional lounge features rentable liquor lockers, while the game room provides a fun escape and can also host private events. The conference center includes meeting rooms of various sizes, from large training areas to smaller focus pods. This design aims to attract workers back to downtown by offering a mix of luxury spaces for work and relaxation.
