Working with a growing diagnostics company focused on COVID-19 molecular testing in 2021, ESG had to work quickly and efficiently to deliver new lab space. The client required a variety of specialty labs for proper segregation and safety. To meet the stringent schedule, the design and construction teams engaged equipment vendors early in the design process, fast-tracking the design so it could be installed shortly after occupancy. Weekly check-ins with the client, contractor & consultants kept the progress on track and facilitated a successful outcome.
