The Rive Eugene

ESG provided interior design services for this project that is located next to downtown Eugene and within walking distance to the University of Oregon. The 12-story, 188-unit development provides an amenity-rich community for students. Social spaces merge with work spaces to provide opportunities for building community and relationships among residents. A dramatic rooftop terrace features a large pool, grilling zone and lounging areas.
