This pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development breaks up a large site into four, discrete city blocks to create an attractive mixed-use sub-district. The urban design concept connects to and enhances the Centennial Lakes Promenade. Two of the blocks will include office buildings while the easterly two blocks will include apartment buildings. The project includes various sustainable strategies and affordable housing.
