Terry provides focus and leadership on the projects he manages, with his scope of work ranging from the finest detail to the big picture. Similarly, his portfolio encompasses a variety of project types from multi-phase master planning to the design of light-rail transit stations; corporate and commercial projects to data center facilities; hospitality to higher-education student housing and mixed-use residential projects. His intent is to fulfill his belief in the true role of the architect: working on behalf of clients by making sound decisions, maximizing design potential, and meeting schedule requirements and budget constraints so that completed buildings function as intended for owners and users.

Terry’s long list of repeat clients attests to his expertise. It also reflects his leadership style. He’s a navigator for his clients, guiding them through the design and construction process, and helping them evaluate approaches based on merit, advantages and disadvantages. Terry believes every challenge has a variety of solutions. His role is to find the best option for his clients. Always thinking beyond the easy answer, Terry seeks out the better solution while making sure his clients and collaborators fully understand the details and implications of their decision-making.
