In her role, she finds interior design to be a delicate balance of creativity and functionality, collaborating closely with clients and project teams to align design with project goals and deliver immersive, thoughtfully crafted spaces.

She believes the hospitality and multifamily sectors offer unique opportunities to impact diverse user experiences. Morgan is committed to open communication with clients to clearly understand their priorities, enabling her to tailor designs to their specific needs and desires. She thrives on the challenge of translating clients’ visions into creative, design-forward solutions. With her background in construction management, she takes pride in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that design intent is maintained even when challenges arise during the construction phase.

Additionally, Morgan enjoys collaborating with professionals from other creative industries to expand her design knowledge and stay inspired. The rich history and architecture she experienced in her design studies abroad continue to inspire her design approach, influencing her appreciation for elevated design. Morgan is drawn to the subtle details in design that make a space memorable, and she is constantly striving to create environments that enhance the user experience.
