Lauren came to ESG after working for a commercial interior design firm and a commercial furniture dealership, giving her a well-rounded background in creative office design. Along with the project team, she develops strong concepts based on solid planning and design development. She works on project documentation and coordination, supporting project managers, designers and project architects to complete design and construction documents. She believes that, regardless of scale of budget, all projects can be beautiful and enhance people’s lives.
