With over forty years of architectural experience, Larry is an accomplished business development leader, client service manager and project manager with a proven history of high performance. As Director of Quality Assurance Mr. Koch leads and implements ESG’s Quality Assurance Process to coordinate with Project Managers and Project Architects to monitor the QA process for each project. He personally conducts a QA review at multiple phases of most multifamily projects including regular site visits. In addition to QA reviews he assists project teams on a daily basis with providing code, technical and construction document detailing mentorship. As Quality Assurance Director, he quickly understands, assesses complex situations and delivers effective solutions. A strong communicator, he is able to communicate effectively across client and project teams.
