When Jim joined ESG in 2016, he brought with him more than 25 years of expertise in design/build, with a keen interest in details and constructability concerns; effective collaboration in the development of project details with construction and internal project teams; quality assurance; and building envelope analysis and detailing. His project background included multi-family housing, educational projects, resort hotels and high-rise office buildings.

He now applies his considerable expertise to the accurate and high-quality construction of multifamily residential and hospitality projects at ESG, introducing timeliness and efficiency to the firm’s fast-paced approach. As ESG continues expanding into new markets around the United States, Jim brings his expertise to these projects while “digging into materials and methods in these regions, which is fascinating.” At the same time, he consistently “brings lessons learned in the field back to the design team, which helps us be more proactive while completing the knowledge loop. Staying open to best practices creates transparency throughout the entire design and construction process.”
