Olga has dedicated her entire architectural career to housing, believing that every healthy community starts with a home and everyone deserves well-crafted, functional and supportive living environment. During her thirty plus years of practice, she has completed a broad range of multifamily residential projects, including mixed-use, market rate, luxury, affordable, senior living and student living developments. She has worked with a diverse group of clients, including non-profit, for profit, faith based and national housing developers.

Originally trained as both an architect and artist, Olga is a natural designer.  She brings a highly attuned design sensibility and understanding of space and proportion to her projects.  Olga is also practical, being well versed in the nuances of accessibility and building codes, keeping everyone out of trouble as projects are developed.  Olga values a collaborative process with clients, and the clarity of her plans are the result of a rigorous iterative process. Her solid expertise, passion and attention to detail bring about successful projects nationwide.

After obtaining her 6-year degree in art and architecture in St. Petersburg, Olga moved to USA and completed her second Master of Architecture degree at the University of Minnesota focusing on new urbanism and innovative construction technologies/ methods. Parallel to her architectural practice, she taught architectural drawing classes for few years at the College of Design at the University of Minnesota. Olga has strong representational and verbal skills to effectively communicate ideas and help envision complex design concepts for the clients.
