As a Vice President at ESG, David Stahl has a wealth of experience designing market-rate housing, condominiums, senior housing, student housing and hotels, as well as other mixed-use projects. David has a solid understanding of developers’ goals and a talent for weaving the complex needs of multiple uses into a single, well-functioning building. David has a particular interest in multi-generational preferences and offers expertise on the interests and demands of the current largest population of renters.

David has authored articles on various multi-family housing topics and has been a presenter at the National MHA Convention and the AIA Convention in Minnesota. His multifamily housing and hotel projects have won multiple awards for design excellence. As a notable achievement, David was a recipient of the Minnesota 40 under 40 award.
