Founders District

The Founders District Master Plan builds off the success of an entrepreneurial hub in suburban Houston, Texas. The client group seeks to expand on its success and create an urban mixed use campus that emphasizes quality of place in order to attract residents, visitors and businesses. The master plan is organized around a spine of water that will run through the center of the site with the buildings placed around this feature. A 150,000 SF office building, a 350 unit multifamily building, and 15,000 SF of retail is included in Phase 1.
