To keep competitive in the ever evolving office market, this building owner desired an outdoor amenity space for the tenants of this office tower. At a 15th floor set back, ESG created a 6,500 SF amenity terrace on former roof area. This stepped space includes lounging areas, a game area and a large two sided hospitality bar. A variety of seating options are available, with several located beneath sun shading trellises. Multiple planters soften the space. Featuring great downtown views, the space has great solar access and will be an enjoyable hangout space for the building tenants.
