Kenton House replaces a former restaurant and surface parking lot in the vibrant Summit Hill neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. Sited among century old walk-up apartments, the building was designed to fit within its historic context. The exterior features a classic base middle crown design with the ground floor animated by two restaurants and the upper floors are articulated with large recessed balconies and divided light windows. The residential interiors are rich and inviting, with cozy street level amenities and an intimate second floor amenity terrace overlooking the street.
